Submitting your coaching log:

To complete Level 2 training and earn your certification, you must have logged 20 coaching hours coaching clients.

Below is a helpful Q&A to meet this requirement:

Q: Can the hours I spent practice coaching in the Level 1 training count?
A: Yes, the time you spent coaching in the afternoon practice sessions each week can count. The practice coaching session that you had with a practice client during the week in between classes can also count. Please round up to the nearest 15 minutes when logging it. That should give you about 3 to 5 hours of coaching towards meeting your 20-hr goal.

Q: Can the hours I spent coaching clients, prior to taking the Level 1 training count?
A: Yes, you may count any hours that you spend coaching clients, one calendar year from the date that you graduated from the Level 1 training. These can be either paid or unpaid hours spent coaching.

Q: Where do I download a coaching log template?

A: The Coach Tracking Log can be downloaded both in your Ruzuku student portal and on our website, (coaching tools page).

Q: When do I have to have my 20 hours completed by?

A: The 20 hours need to be completed by the time you finish the Level 2 training. You will submit your coaching log, along with a video submission of 1 coaching session, to graduate Level 2 and earn your certification.
