The Center for Coaching Strategies (CCS) is a national coach-training and professional development organization specializing in business and leadership coaching within Early Childhood Education (ECE) systems. CCS strengthens the capacity of coaches, technical assistance providers, consultants, and systems leaders who support child care businesses and early learning programs.
CCS designs services to integrate seamlessly into grant-funded and contract-based initiatives, supporting workforce sustainability, leadership development, and child care business stability through applied, evidence-informed training and coaching.
